Welcome to CraftingComm. By booking a session, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

CraftingComm provides online communication coaching through scheduled one-on-one sessions. Each session is tailored to the client’s learning goals.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Sessions must be booked in advance via our official booking system.
• Full payment is required before the session unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments are accepted via UPI, Razorpay, or other authorized gateways.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 12 hours in advance.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 12 hours) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued for completed sessions. In case of a technical issue or mistake on our end, you will be offered a reschedule or refund at our discretion.

5. Client Conduct

We expect respectful behavior during sessions. Any abusive or inappropriate conduct may lead to termination of services without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content shared during sessions is owned by CraftingComm and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

CraftingComm is not liable for any decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of our coaching services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your agreement to the new terms.
